HOW TO REDUCE SWEATING
Sweating is a normal and healthy process. The average person produces about a litre of sweat a day[1] without even trying. Add in a few workouts and that figure can creep up to 10 litres of sweat a day. From just one person. Whilst working up a sweat can be good, it can cause embarrassing body odour and leave annoying stains on your favourite clothes.
HOW YOU CAN REDUCE AND CONTROL THE AMOUNT YOU SWEAT
Use an effective antiperspirant deodorant.
All Rexona products for Men and Women offer at least 48-hour protection. If you need something a little stronger ourRexona Clinical range offers up to 96-hour sweat and odour protection!
Dry yourself properly after showering.
Antiperspirant products won’t work as effectively on damp skin.
Avoid or limit spicy foods, alcohol, caffeine and nicotine
These can make you sweat more.
Help sweaty feet by wearing shoes made from materials that draw sweat away from the skin
Like natural leathers or athletic shoes with a nylon mesh. Sandals or flip-flops in the summer will also let your skin breathe.
Consider applying your antiperspirant at night to clean, dry skin.
Your sweat glands are less active when you sleep, which allows the product to work better the day after.
